Being a forever student is one of those cheesy clichés that gets thrown around a lot. But I do vouch for the pleasure that comes from layers of learning and embodying the stuff that interest you.

I have always loved to work with my hands. Anything from baking, cooking, picking flowers and working with textiles. As a kid you’d find me in the kitchen, at a desk or in the garden.

It kind of made sense I would choose a career with a title that literally means ‘by hand’ (Chiropractic).

Being with a patient means I get to listen through my hands to the expression of their body. Through touch we can bring so much presence and awareness to what’s going on right now. From there the rest can unfold.

The candy trail of interests has since graduating in 2017 entailed continued learning within the fields of dance improvisation & somatic movement. This has led me to facilitate movement not only on the bench but on the dance floor. ☺︎
