Movement Facilitation

Sara facilitates movement from a somatic lens. This means you’re invited into the landscapes of the body, exploring the brain-body connection in movement, relating and stillness. Sara values curiosity and listening as important elements in a movement practice.

Her teaching style is influenced by her sturdy background in Chiropractic, and has an emphasis on embodiment over aesthetics.

Her teachings are trauma informed (but not trauma specific), which means to her, plenty of movement options, pauses, and a supportive climate for honouring your needs.
