Body, Space & Awareness

About

Proprioception is sometimes called the 6th sense, as it informs our body of where it is in space, in movement and in stillness. How can this sense bring us closer to presence? What parts does it play in embodiment of our own body and as habitants on this earth?

Who is this for

This training is for teachers and dedicated practitioners who already have, or looking to make a shift towards embodied practice/teaching.

It can be a great compliment to both structured classes like asana practice - as well as more open forms of guided practice like improvised dance and somatic movement.

Embodied practice

An embodied practice is this and that and has many roads to it.

Modular learning

To niche yourself by building your knowledge from what interests you, rather than sitting through longer trainings with material that doesn’t not spark your joy. Pick and choose kind fo learning.
